Γιάννα Ανδρονοπούλου
Yanna is the General Manager for Microsoft Greece, Cyprus, and Malta since July 2023, leading the company’s efforts to accelerate digital transformation across the private and public sectors by harnessing AI and leveraging the region’s first Microsoft hyperscale datacenters.
She focuses on building long-term, strategic partnerships with customers and partners while promoting the positive impact of technology and AI on the economy and people’s lives. Passionate about gender balance and women in tech, she is among the few women who entered the industry in 1991, holding executive roles across Sales, Product Management, and Technical Delivery in Huawei, Ericsson, and Intracom Group in Greece and abroad. At Microsoft, she leads the Women Employee Resource Group for Southeast Europe, fostering inclusivity across the broader ecosystem.
Under her leadership, Microsoft Greece, Cyprus, and Malta has received the 2023 Inclusivity Award by EBEA, has been recognized by Fortune among the Most Admired Companies in Greece, and ranked No.1 Employer of Choice by kariera.gr. Yanna has also been named CEO of the Year by Infocom (2024), a Leader in Humanized Digital & AI Societies by Who is Who International Academy (2024), and one of the Most Powerful Women by Fortune in 2024 and 2025.
She serves on the Board of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Patras and an Executive MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
